Yes, for a true 0.0% or "alcohol-free" (up to 0.05% ABV) drink, this is not a realistic concern. The UK drink-drive limit is 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and 50mg per 100ml in Scotland - both far above anything a 0.05% drink could produce, even in large quantities.

Where it is worth paying attention is a "de-alcoholised" drink at 0.5% ABV. That is still a low number and not something that would realistically put an adult over the limit from one or two drinks, but if you are drinking several over an evening and driving is non-negotiable, checking the actual ABV on the can rather than assuming "basically the same as alcohol-free" is the sensible move.
